Acceptance

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and that the details you provide are accurate.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. If you pay by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay, the amount is converted to your local currency at the rate shown before you confirm.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch the item. In the rare case of a pricing error or a stock shortfall discovered after payment, we may cancel the order and refund you in full — we will always email you first.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access, and we will revoke the active sessions.

Delivery expectations

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections and weather can extend them. Where a parcel is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, our Refund Policy applies and you are made whole.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel an order yourself while it is still Pending or Paid. After that it is treated as a return under our Refund Policy, which gives you 30 days from delivery.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, submit fraudulent payments, or post reviews for products you have not bought. We may suspend accounts that do, and cancel any associated orders.

Reviews and content

Reviews you post remain your words, but you grant us permission to display them on the relevant product page. We publish genuine critical reviews as readily as positive ones; we remove only content that is abusive, unlawful or obviously spam.

Limitation of liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or affects statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it, and the last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
