How this site works
Do you sell products directly?+
No. ShopoLane is an independent affiliate site. We research products and link you to the real, live listing on Amazon or Flipkart — clicking "View on Amazon" or "View on Flipkart" takes you straight there to buy.
Do I need an account to browse?+
No — browsing, reading reviews and clicking through to a merchant never requires an account. Creating one is only needed if you want to save products to a wishlist or write a review.
Do you earn money from my purchase?+
Yes — as an Amazon/Flipkart affiliate we may earn a small commission on qualifying purchases made after you click through from here, at no extra cost to you. That commission is how we keep the site running.
Pricing
Why does the price here sometimes differ from Amazon/Flipkart?+
The price shown on ShopoLane is a reference we update periodically — it is not live. Always check the actual price on the merchant's page before buying; that is the price you will pay.
Are the discounts shown here real?+
Any "compare at" price reflects what we last saw the merchant list, for context — not a coupon or promotion we control. We don't issue discount codes ourselves.
Buying, shipping & returns
Who processes my payment?+
The merchant does — Amazon or Flipkart — using their own checkout. We never see or handle your payment details, because you never pay us anything.
Who ships my order and how long does it take?+
The merchant ships it, on their own timeline and using their own carriers. Check the delivery estimate shown on their product page — we don't control or guarantee shipping times.
What if I need to return something?+
Returns go through the merchant you bought from, under their return policy — Amazon's or Flipkart's, not ours. Their order history page is the fastest way to start a return.
Will I be charged customs or import duty?+
That depends entirely on the merchant's shipping terms and your local customs rules — it has nothing to do with ShopoLane, since we never handle the shipment.
