The merchant you bought from — Amazon or Flipkart. We never take payment, so we’re not in a position to issue a refund ourselves.
How to start a return
Sign in to your Amazon or Flipkart account, open your order history there, and start the return from the order in question. Their return window, conditions, and process apply — not any policy on this site.
Refund timing
Refund timing follows the merchant’s own process and payment method — check their return page for the current estimate.
A wrong or unhelpful review here
If a review or recommendation on ShopoLane pointed you to the wrong product, that’s feedback we want — contact us and we’ll take a look. We just can’t process a refund for a purchase made on another company’s site.
