Shipping

Last updated: July 2026

ShopoLane doesn’t ship anything itself — we link you to the real listing on Amazon or Flipkart, and the merchant you buy from handles delivery entirely. This page explains what that means in practice.

Who ships my order

Whichever merchant you completed the purchase with — Amazon or Flipkart — packs and ships your order using their own warehouses and carriers. We are not involved in fulfilment at any point.

Delivery estimates

The delivery window shown on the merchant's product page, at their checkout, is the accurate one. It can vary by item, warehouse, and your location — always confirm it there before buying, not from anything shown on ShopoLane.

Shipping costs

Any shipping fee is set and charged by the merchant as part of their own checkout. We don't add, collect, or have visibility into shipping costs.

Tracking your parcel

Tracking is provided by the merchant through your account with them (Amazon or Flipkart order history). We have no tracking information of our own to share, since we never see the shipment.

Customs and import duty

International orders may attract import duty or tax set by your local customs authority, under the merchant's shipping terms. This is entirely between you, the merchant, and your customs authority.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

Contact the merchant directly — their customer support handles delivery issues, since they are the ones who shipped it. Their order history page is the fastest way to open an enquiry.
